We want customers to experience what only local experts can provide; local encounters, the coolest hole-in-the- wall restaurants and cafes, the chance to see artisanal crafts being made and sold by local craftspeople and the most beautiful locations from hidden temples to stunning beaches and viewpoints. Product InnovationCutting edge technology
We invest heavily in technology and have long been leaders in our sector at developing and integrating innovative solutions to work more efficiently with our partners. We have fully integrated systems across all our destinations powered by Tourplan software to provide fast, efficient booking tools. For immediate online hotel transfers and experiences bookings we have a our EXO Connect booking portal, which can be accessed via our Agent Hub. Looking forward, we have launched a new digital itinerary builder called EXO Create, which allows you to book and plan and collect multi-day and multi-country programs with a few clicks. We set the bar high for competitors to follow and are always a step ahead.
